【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheinformationtobeprovidedbythedoormanufacturerandthecomponentsmanufacturertoensuresafeinstallation,operation,use(includingmaintenanceandrepair)ofdoors,gatesandbarriersintendedforinstallationinareasinthereachofpersons,andforwhichthemainintendedusesaregivingsafeaccessforgoodsandvehiclesaccompaniedordrivenbypersonsinindustrial,commercialorresidentialpremises.ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoverscommercialdoorssuchasrollingshuttersandrollinggrillesusedinretailpremiseswhicharemainlyprovidedfortheaccessofpersonsratherthanvehiclesorgoods.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomanuallyoperatedandpoweroperateddoors,todoorsandcomponentsintendedtobeinstalledby“nonprofessionalinstallers”andmayalsoapplytotheinstallationanduseofupgradingcomponent(s).TheEuropeanStandardonlyappliestothedoorsandcomponentsmanufacturedafterthedateofpublication.1.2ExclusionsThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytodoorsthatareintendedforadifferentusethantheonedescribedin1.1suchas:-lockgatesanddockgates;-doorsonlifts;-doorsonvehicles;-doorsmainlyfortheretentionofanimals;-theatretextilecurtains;-railwaybarriers;-barriersusedsolelyforvehicles.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachineryotherthanpoweroperateddoors.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoveroperationinenvironmentswheretheelectromagneticdisturbancesareoutsidetherangeofthosespecifiedinEN61000-6-2orfordomesticgaragedoorsthosespecifiedinEN55014-2.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:-productstobeusedinpotentialexplosiveatmosphereoronarmoureddoors;-programmabledevices(seeIEC61508series);-shockresistanceofcomponent(exampleIKcode).Theseexclusionsarebasedontechnologyusedatthepublicationtimeofthisstandard.Whenadoorispartoftheloadcarryingstructureofthebuilding,theloadcarryingfunctionisnotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.

适用范围
本标准代替GB/T 4251-2004《硬质合金直柄机用铰刀》、GB/T 4252-2004《硬质合金莫氏锥柄机用铰刀》、GB/T 4253-2004 《硬质合金铰刀 技术条件》。
本标准规定了硬质合金直柄、莫氏锥柄机用铰刀的型式和尺寸、位置公差、材料和硬度、外观和表面粗糙度、标志和包装的基本要求。
本标准适用于直径大于5.3mm至20mm的硬质合金直柄机用铰刀和直径大于7.5mm至40mm的硬质合金锥柄机用铰刀。
本标准与GB/T 4251-2004、GB/T 4252-2004、GB/T 4253-2004 相比主要变化如下：
———将GB/T 4251-2004、GB/T 4252-2004和GB/T 4253-2004 合并为一个标准；
———对5.2.2铰刀柄部或扁尾部分硬度进行了修改；
———取消了3.1中“对于常备标准铰刀，直径d的公差为m6。”和“其公差带位置上移0.05IT~0.15IT”的要求；
———取消了3.3长度公差中“公差”两字；
———取消了位置公差表6中直径d公差为m6的位置公差要求；
———表A.1中增加了注；
———进行了编辑性修改。
