【摘要】:Thenonvolatilecontentandpigmentcontentaremeasuresoftotalsolidsandinorganicpigmentsolids,respectively,inelectrocoatpaints.Inadditiontoproductionqualitycontrol,thesepropertiesareimportantinmaintainingelectrocoatbathsintheoptimumrange.OthertestmethodsfordeterminingnonvolatilecontentofpaintandpaintrelatedmaterialsaredescribedinGuideD2832.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthecharacterizationofelectrocoatbathsthroughthedeterminationofnonvolatilecontentofinorganicpigmentcontent.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
