【摘要】:Thermalconductivityisausefuldesignparameterfortherateofheattransferthroughamaterial.Theresultsofthistestmethodmaybeusedfordesignpurposes,serviceevaluation,manufacturingcontrol,researchanddevelopment,andhazardevaluation.(SeePracticeE1231.)1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationofthermaldeterminationofthermalconductivityofhomogeneous,non-poroussolidmaterialsintherangeof0.10to1.0W/(Km)bymodulatedtemperaturedifferentialscanningcalorimeter.Thisrangeincludesmanypolymeric,glass,andceramicmaterials.Thermaldiffusivity,whichisrelatedtothermalconductivitythroughspecificheatcapacityanddensity,mayalsobederived.Thermalconductivityanddiffusivitycanbedeterminedatoneormoretemperaturesovertherangeof0to90C.1.2SIunitsarethestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
