【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TS21931providesageneralframeworkforimprovingthequalityandcomparabilityofmethodsforassessingtheenvironmentalperformanceofbuildings.Itidentifiesanddescribesissuestobetakenintoaccountwhenusingmethodsfortheassessmentofenvironmentalperformanceforneworexistingbuildingpropertiesinthedesign,construction,operation,refurbishmentanddeconstructionstages.ThebuildingistheobjectoftheassessmentdefinedinthispartofISO/TS21931,andthisencompassesthebuildingitself,thesiteandtheassociatedfacilitiesonthesite.Itisrecognizedthatenvironmentalperformanceisonlyoneofanumberofsignificantfactorsinabuilding'soverallperformance.ThispartofISO/TS21931isintendedbeusedinconjunctionwith,andfollowingtheprinciplessetoutin,theISO14000seriesofInternationalStandards.
