【摘要】:Thismethodisfordeterminingchlorideinliquidhydrocarbonsatconcentrationsrangingfromapproximately0.3to1000ppm.Higherconcentrationscanbedeterminedwithappropriatesampledilution.Themethoddeterminesthetotalorganicchloride.Someinorganicchloridepresentassaltsisnotincluded(seeNote1).Exceptforfluoride,otherhalogensthatmaybepresentinthesamplearedeterminedaschloride.Bothnitrogenandsulfurcompoundsinterfereatconcentrationsgreaterthanapproximately0.1%.
