【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforcouplingsforthetransmissionofpowerbetweentherotatingshaftsoftwomachinesinspecial—purposeapplicationsinthepetroleum,petrochemicalandnaturalgasindustries．Suchapplicationsaretypicallyinlargeand／orhighspeedmachines,inservicesthatcanberequiredtooperatecontinuouslyforextendedperiods,areoftenunsparedandarecriticaltothecontinuedoperationoftheinstallation.Byagreement,itcanbeusedforotherapplicationsorsewices．CouplingscoveredbythisInternationalStandardaredesignedtoaccommodateparallel(orlateral)offset,angularmisalignmentandaxialdisplacementoftheshaftswithoutimposingunacceptablemechanicalloadingonthecoupledmachines．Itisapplicabletogear,metallicflexibleelement,quillshaftandtorsionallyresilienttypecouplings．TomionaldampingandresilienttypecouplingsaredetailedinAnnexA;gear-typecouplingsaredetailedinAnnexBandquillshaftstylecouplingsaredetailedinAnnexC．ThisInternationalStandardcoversthedesign,materialsofconstruction,manufacturingquality,inspectionandtestingofspecial—purposecouplings．ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotdefinecriteriafortheselectionofcouplingtypesforspecificapplications.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoothertypesofcouplings,suchasclutch,hydraulic,eddy—current,rigid,radialspline,chainandbellowstypes．
