【摘要】:ISO14155-1:2002definesproceduresfortheconductandperformanceofclinicalinvestigationsofmedicaldevices.Itspecifiesgeneralrequirementsintendedto:protecthumansubjects;ensurethescientificconductoftheclinicalinvestigation;assistsponsors,monitors,investigators,ethicscommittees,regulatoryauthoritiesandbodiesinvolvedintheconformityassessmentofmedicaldevices.ISO14155-1:2002specifiesrequirementsfortheconductofaclinicalinvestigationsuchthatitestablishestheperformanceofthemedicaldeviceduringtheclinicalinvestigationintendedtomimicnormalclinicaluse,revealsadverseeventsundernormalconditionsofuse,andpermitsassessmentoftheacceptableriskshavingregardtotheintendedperformanceofthemedicaldevice,specifiesrequirementsfortheorganization,conduct,monitoring,datacollectionanddocumentationoftheclinicalinvestigationofamedicaldevice,isapplicabletoallclinicalinvestigation(s)ofmedicaldeviceswhoseclinicalperformanceandsafetyisbeingassessedinhumansubjects.ISO14155-1:2002isnotapplicabletoinvitrodiagnosticmedicaldevices.
